Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is a Hollywood actress, author and bestselling novelist. Her talent has earned her international recognition. She's the daughter of a Sagittarius born on December 3 1960 in North Carolina. She is the oldest child of Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper and Anne an undergraduate student in psychology.
